Typhoon tip near the philipines in 1979 did.

Gilbert's pressure is the lowest in the western hemisphere of 888 mb.

For Atlantic hurricanes:

1) Gilbert
2) Mitch

As for Camille, keep in mind those satellite pictures didn't look so great because weather satellites were still in their infancy! Nothing like the 1 km resolution imagery we're spoiled with now. No doubt, if we'd had the technology then that we have now, Camille would've looked quite impressive and intimidating.
