Seems to be undergoing reorganization this morning. New "clear" eye should form where the already obvious center of circ. is. And of course this eye will be tighter than we saw yesterday; even though is was tightening all along yesterday--more like what we saw overnight. Still a bit more intensification left in front of it.

Yes it does appear to be re-organizing it's center.

Agreed. Isabel could get to the 140 to 150 MPH range in max winds, before undergoing some weakening.
