Bahamas?

Anyone on our board in the Bahamas?

I can't help but think some poor souls in the island chain are going to experience the fury of Isabel.

I don't think we have any members from the Bahamas. I agree that though that it looks like they could have a rough week ahead of them.

Not FROM the Bahamas, but have just begun the process of building on Eleuthera... Plan to be there Oct 2. to 10... Remember Eleuthera and Abaco were direct hits with Andrew for Eleuthera and Floyd for Abaco. Eleuthera still has very visible damage from Andrew and Floyd completely overwashed parts of Abaco.

Yes, I bet most of us remember how Andrew crushed the Bahamas and how the reports from the islands were merely a portent of what awaited south Florida.

Let's hope we're not looking at a similar situation!
