CMC has 2 areas of interest coming out of this and then moves them into the caribbean. Cnoditions seem too unfavoravle attm in the caribbean though.

The whole basin is still dried out and negative.

yes it is. i dont think i have ever seen a year where no tropical wave looks like it has moisture to work with.
