Interesting forecast, I promise.

New website up and running; but not all the files have been transferred; basically, you can check the Isabel forecast and the archived forecasts right now, but I'm going to fix the link to the home page in a minute.

Stalls or slows down?

#2 Postby Stormcenter » Thu Sep 11, 2003 11:31 am

O.K. so what happens if Isabelle slows down or even stalls?
Then I guess ALL bets are off. Though personally I wouldn't bet a penny on any forecast for a storm that is a 1,000 miles away from U.S. mainland moving at 9mph..

Some have been talking much about the ridge to Isabel's west; there is an extremely small chance that Isabel stalls in the 120 hour period; slowing down is anticipated in my forecast anyway after 72 hours, as it makes somewhat of a turn.
