JB, in his midday update, says it appears that Henri is reorganizing near 32.4 75.4 and the UKMET takes it inland south of Cape Hatteras tomorrow. Norfolk to Hatteras will get the worst of the weather.

Gary - I had heard the storm was going to move NNW, which would take it more into MD, DE or NJ. Has something changed regarding its track?

It looks like the models are starting to take this low a little more seriously. The UKMET changed its tune a bit... http://met.psu.edu/trop-cgi/ukmettc2.cgi?time=2003091100&field=Sea+Level+Pressure&hour=Animation

And check this out from this morning's Morehead City Forecast Discussion:

MARINE: 2MB SURFACE ANALYSIS DEPICTS THE CONTINUED SPIN OF WHAT ONCE
WAS A TROPICAL STORM NAMED "HENRI" NOW JUST A 1010MB LOW CENTERED 60
MILES OR SO E OF BUOY 41002. UNLIKE YESTERDAY'S GFS MODEL RUN WHERE
IT TOOK THE LOW TOWARD CENTRAL NJ...LATEST AND GREATEST GFS NOW HAS
IT MEANDERING SOMEWHAT TODAY THEN RETROGRADING W TOWARD THE COAST
THRU FRIDAY AND MOVING IT BACK N SMACK DAB OVER THE OBX-COUNTRY
SATURDAY MORNING AS IT WEAKENS/DRIFTS TOWARD RICHMOND VA SUNDAY. THE
FORMER HENRI'S REMNANTS WILL FINALLY BE BUT A MEMORY MONDAY AS THEY
ARE ABSORBED BY A WEAK COLD FRONT CURRENTLY CRAWLING ACROSS USA.
