according to Steve Lyons just now on TWC. He said the low is showing a slight organization and if it remains around a while, might help steer Isabel farther N.
She is still so far out and moving so slow, I doubt the low will still be there as a steering mechanism. Thought anyone?
If Cape Hatteras low develops, would be renamed Henri.......
