H*Wind Analyses Are No Longer Offered

I just check H*Winds Analyses and they are no longer being offered.

The H*Wind analyses are no longer offered for public use in preparation for transition to a US private sector firm as allowed under the Technology Transfer Act of 1986 (15 US Code 3710).
