Hi chad - bev
I think what you are getting is either your security settings are not allowing the popup where you have to click yes to accept to activate or you are missing that popup and not clicking yes.

Sometimes it pops up behind your other screens and is hard to see.

Are you getting a popup at all?

I see that you are connected to the chat now. What you are experiencing with getting disconnected is called ping time out. This is a loss of communication somewhere (there are many hops-different servers that you connect thru to get from your computer to our servers) between your ISP (internet service provider) and our chat servers. I notice another user on another channel having many problems similar to your tonight. She is in the SC/GA coast area. Sometimes the internet just doesn't run as smoothly as we would like it too.
