FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...

THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER IS ISSUING ADVISORIES ON CATEGORY FIVE
HURRICANE ISABEL...LOCATED ABOUT 320 MILES NORTH-NORTHEAST OF THE
NORTHERN LEEWARD ISLANDS.

A BROAD NON-TROPICAL AREA OF LOW PRESSURE...THE REMNANTS OF TROPICAL
DEPRESSION HENRI...IS CENTERED OVER EXTREME EASTERN NORTH CAROLINA.
THIS AREA OF LOW PRESSURE IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE MOVING INLAND AND
DEVELOPMENT IS NOT EXPECTED.

ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL STORM FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED THROUGH
SUNDAY.
