What is going on here?

Big time north shift after the NOAA flight tonight.

Gonna wait for the 12Z run as I don't think the hurricane will jump up to 22.7 in 12 hours.

Don't be so quick to throw it out. The NOGAPS has just come in with a very similar result..landfall in NC in 6 days. NGP was at Hatteras while UKMET was closer to Cape Lookout.
