Won't be a FISH!

In this pattern ANY CV ( cape Verde) tropical cyclone that has not turned out to see by 60 longitude is not going to. It is this pattern for instance that turned Andrew back to the west in 1992 as a strong ridge developed over the eastern US high-pressure developed over the Great Lakes and northeast US that forced Andrew into Florida. ( I cite "the Andrew Pattern" to make a meteorological point NOT to make forecast comparisons between Isabel Andrew).

I was reading over the old forecasts and found this.
This expert wrote this the night of sept 6!

What do the other experts out there think of this?
