Those winds were in the SW quad. The 192 mph report probably came as the plane went through the NE quad.

It was 182....I just saw the Supplementary Vortex..

147 kts (or 169 mph) in the SW eyewall and 158 kts (182 mph) in the NE eyewall...which equates to around 160-165 mph at the surface....surprising with a central pressure of 934 mb and very large eye (45 n mi diameter).

Based on those flight level winds...provided they are still there just before 5 p.m., should make Isabel once again a category 5 hurricane. :o :o
