#1 Postby ncweatherwizard » Sat Sep 13, 2003 4:47 pm

Delmarva peninsula to we locals is known as the Eastern Shore. Actually, it consists of Delaware, eastern Maryland, and Eastern Virginia. After starting betwen the Delaware River between NJ, and DE It's the peninsula juts out between the Chesapeake Bay to the west and the Atlantic Ocean to the west, ending at Cape Charles on the south side of the peninsula.
