Everyone mentioning NC and North BUT.....

I live in central FL and we are by no means out of the woods!Look at the loop almost due West,and I dont think NHC was counting on a West movement at this time.Until this takes a more northern movement,FL must keep an eye NEVER ASSUME!

Even though I do not think that Florida will see a hit by Isabel, I understand your post totally.. I will not breathe easy until Isabel is way North of me. I do think there is about a 99% chance that Isabel will not come my way..

I disagree on the "almost due west" motion. I just ran a 20 image loop on GHCC and the motion is definitely WNW. Being in Central Florida as well I understand the concern and I guarantee you I'm still watching her. However, the NHC seems to have a pretty good handle on her and they've done a great job this year. :-)
