Uh-oh!!!! Turn, quick! Thanks for pointing that out, DB. Now, I'll get up 4 times tonight to check instead of 2! LOL.

If she hasn't made a pretty noticible turn by 70 west, I'm seriously going to check my pantry.

Dixie... with her current motion (take a look at a long loop from the GHCC...) she is paralleling the Bahamas. If you extrap her movement out as of right now...she comes into JAX. FLorida is done. Look at a wide loop of the US...WV loop. There is a trof moving through the central US. It won't disappear unless the illuminati turn on their weather manipulation machine and make it disappear :) . That trough is evident for all to see. You can now forecast it from satellite and don't even have to use the models.
GO to http://wwwghcc.msfc.nasa.gov/GOES/goeseastconuswv.html and you can see it.

"Florida is done".. That is a very irresponsible statement to make.. We are "done" if the storm goes North of our latitude or if is suddenly dies...

70 is the key to the NHC making a decision on possible watches. If Isabel does not slow her forward speed, some may not have a lot of time to prepare for such a nightmare.

Good Reply Air Force Met.

Yes, it is VERY evident the ULL has spared Florida to Cape Hatteras by slowing Isabel down and the midwest trough will seal the deal preventing a Southeast hit.
