Slowly, I edge closer and closer to the Outer Banks.
Actually, I haven't yet shown a landfall on the OBX--just a severe direct hit. But of course, I'm not saying it won't be landfall.

...If only I could be accurate within 10 miles at 72 hours... :?
Just because I don't show landfall doesn't mean anything. OBX will still experience very severe winds, but at least they would not be in the northeastern quadrant.

Audio up now at the bottom. I'll be coming up with an update sometime this evening explaining how this could be very bad for the Outer Banks, and how it could be not so bad.
