The second in charge of the NHC at CNN,today show, and the early show says that Isabel will make landfall as a cat 3 hurricane and as it moves northward the windfield is going to expand :o meaning more areas will be affected by hurricane force winds.He didn't pinpointed an area of landfall but from NC northward to the NE states should begin preparations and hurricane watches will be issued tommorow but he didn't say at what time so my poll is still omn for all to vote on atwhat time those watches will be issued.
