Looks about on the money in terms of the track, though the intensity will have to be adjusted.. at least initially

I'm going for an adjustment in the track further south and west with landfall in Carteret County and a track that will take it near Raleigh. I'm thinking that the slow down early this morning may have alowed Isabel to be in a better position to be moved west as it moves up along the EC

Okay, so we down here in the Piedmont should still look out for increased wind or rain??? I'm confused...please help a fellow Tar Heeler out...
