Isabel has weakened

not seeing any winds above 100KT from the recon. In short, there has not been anything resembling intensification this morning. Also, I believe that 960mb pressure is a recn measured pressure.

This appears to be Gloria all over again

Bottom line ... preparations should be make as IF Isabel will be CAT 3 strength ... There's nothing EVER wrong with being overly prepared ...
