My Perdiction for Isabell
I am going to say that Isabell will still be in an Intesfication Phase when she comes onshore, Imo with 10-20 miles north of hatteras as the Landfall point,With about 115-125 winds at landfall, Becoming a TS near DC-Hagerstown-York PA.
