Isabel NOT classic hurricane looking

#1 Postby Stormcenter » Wed Sep 17, 2003 12:54 pm

Well so what if I get a lot of flack for saying this but
Isabel looks nothing like a 105 mph hurricane. I've seen
80 mph ones look better. I don't care what anybody is saying about
the dry air is retreating or the shear is lessening. She still looks
to be undergoing both at the moment. Hopefully, this will eventually
bring her winds down. By the way, she LOOKS more and more like
an extra tropical system than a tropical one with every passing hour.
