OUTERMOST CONVECTIVE BANDS AHEAD OF HURRICANE ISABEL HAVE REACHED
COASTAL NC WITH SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS. THIS
ACTIVITY APPEARS TO BE THE WRN MOST EDGE OF TROPICAL MOISTURE THAT
WILL SPREAD INTO PORTIONS OF NC TONIGHT DISPLACING CONTINENTAL
AIRMASS. INCREASING LOW LEVEL SHEAR/INSTABILITY WILL RESULT IN
GREATER PROBABILITIES FOR ISOLATED TORNADOES...MAINLY AFTER

Isn't that just spiffy! At least with a cane we know it's coming..nados just pop-up! But, as with any hurricane, these tend to happen. Some more than others. Everyone be safe. Hopefully my power will stay on so I can keep up with the outside world. If it goes out, then Skywarn on the scanner it will be.
