They just showed a report from someone on the Weather Channel and it was daylight out. Must have been taped much earlier, as it has been dark here for some time, but it was said to be live. Wierd. Is this normal for them to do this?

They don't always have taped video. For some reason or another they may have had a filed report. Even an hour before sunset it can be "bright."

If Jim Cantore is in Kill Devil Hills, the storm will not hit there lol.. He's a hurricane direction changer lol..

Jeff Morrow is in Atlantic Beach, NC. I think he is probably the closest to where the center will come in at.

Jeff Morrow always seems to get blasted with storm power everytime he goes out and covers a storm... It's a trend for him lol...

Yep. Remember when he was covering a hurricane (I can't remember which one) and they were under the check-in area of the hotel when part of it collapsed? That was a close call... :o

Al Roker is a professional meteorologist for NBC News. I don't believe the CBS and ABC weather repoters in the morning are professional.
