Newly Registered and Radar link

#1 Postby Ginx snewx » Thu Sep 18, 2003 10:20 am

Thought I'd join in on the discussions, been a member of NE.weather, wwwb. I'm a hobbyist with an emergency management background with BS in Environmental Science from URI. I love the weather and have enjoyed it since hearing stories from my Dad about his personal expierence near my hometown of Westerly RI with the 1938 hurricane. I am a internet surfer geek and have a million links. I work at a huge Native Indian Museum, I am the Facility Manager and of course have a weather station here (anemometer at the top of a 210 foot tall observation tower) Anyway Isabel is the best predicted storm in history as far as I can tell, only doubt is intensity but time will tell. Heres my favorite radarhttp://wxweb.meteostar.com/radar/site/MHX.html

Inner Eye Wall

#5 Postby Ginx snewx » Thu Sep 18, 2003 10:48 am

Thanks for the welcome, does it seem to anyone that a new inner eyewall is forming right before landfall?
