Are there any working web Cams in Coastal VA or NC?

All the ones that were working are now down including Duck!! do you know of any that are up?

they all seem to be down
the only one I can find still working is at Ocean Isle Beach NC

and that is hard to see because there is so much spray and rain

it's working on and off
