Nothing organized yet, but this tropical wave action should be watched for fast development.

Actually, there is too much shear for development over the next couple of days. I am just getting weary of talking about Isabel, may she rest in peace.

well, I hope that little disturbance at least brings us some rain
we need it desperately.
all that scare about Fabian and isabel and the Northern leeward islands.. well, we dodged the bullet, but those two didn't even give us a drop of rain.
so bring on the rain please!
