This post is my own personal synopsis on the area of disturbed weather in the Gulf..

In my personal opinion.. we have a developing 15th TD or perhaps J storm.. It will be interesting to see what the next few days hold..

My "forecast" is for this system to develop into a weak Tropical Storm Juan before it makes landfall.. It will have winds similar to Grace or even Henri... {before he weakened}

His biggest problem will be rainfall.. capable of dumping several inches if he moves slowly..

Projected landfall: Either Louisiana or even Mississippi but if a front comes down.. Florida...
