TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
NWS TPC/NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL
1030 PM EDT TUE SEP 23 2003

FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...

THE AREA OF DISTURBED WEATHER LOCATED ABOUT 400 MILES SOUTH OF BERMUDA REMAINS POORLY ORGANIZED. THERE ARE NO INDICATIONS THAT A CLOSED SURFACE CIRCULATION EXISTS AND FURTHER DEVELOPMENT...IF ANY...WILL BE SLOW TO OCCUR AS THE SYSTEM MOVES SLOWLY TOWARD THE NORTHWEST OR NORTH.

A WESTWARD-MOVING TROPICAL WAVE HAS BECOME A LITTLE BETTER ORGANIZED THIS EVENING ABOUT 350 MILES SOUTHWEST OF THE CAPE VERDE ISLANDS. HOWEVER...ANY FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF THIS SYSTEM SHOULD BE SLOW TO OCCUR DUE TO UNFAVORABLE UPPER-LEVEL WINDS.

It looks like two disturbances to watch....

Anything is possible between now in the end of October. I guess we should monitor these two waves for further development... :roll:

They haven't completely ruled out development as you can see above. ;) So yes these areas should be watched. :)
