For some reason, the tropical weather outlook wouldn't upload properly tonight. Here it is.

Invest 98L in the Eastern Tropical Atlantic has continued to hold steady in organization tonight. The GFDL dissipates the system in 48 hours. 00z tropical models aren't available for this outlook. Showers and thunderstorm continue around the invest, however, last QuikScat passes did not indicate a closed circ. One thing of note was the low level wind field and cloud pattern on last light visible loops may have indicated a southerly flow SE of the wave axis. The upper level wind environment is somewhat favorable for development, however, the invest is heading towards some drier air. Overall, the system does have the potential to develop further slowly in the next couple of days.
Invest 99L in the Central Atlantic still looks more like a frontal system with a NE/SW orientated tail to it without a solid closed circulation. A broad area of low pressure has formed along the tail end of a frontal trough. There is the potential for this system to become better organized in the next couple of days as it may first acquire subtropical characteristics first before going to tropical, if development occurs.
Elsewhere, tropical storm formation is not expected through Thursday
