Actually it has been noname for a few hours. It's no guarantee..as the TPC makes the call. Last I saw was 30kts. I'am much more intersted in this than gill boy Juan.

Shear looks pretty good.

Water Vapor has no Major road blocks..

Some dry air..but without shear it should still organize.

TD within 24 if not already..
