WILL KATE REACH HURRICANE INTENSITY?

I was just wondering if anyone agrees with me that i suspect that Kate may reach Category 1 Hurricane status.

Well right now according to the tropical models she is at 45 kts so it will take some less shear to make her a hurricane.

under estimated Juan, but I am not going to under estimate Kate, I think she will briefly get to cat 1 strength.
