Go down to surface features and read that part of the 7:05 AM discussion and they are refering his as a gale center not anything tropical.Convection is displaced from the center so it is not well organized and dry air is in the area too not letting it bloosom more but rain for portions of south -central Florida is a sure thing and also some gusty winds.But IMO nothing more than that will come out of this system.This a a cold core low from days ago and no change from that this sunday.It would take many days to transfer into a full warm core tropical feature.
