The NH is going to keep falling back every day there's a lack of real activity in any of this 3 basins.

Unless explicitly stated, all info in my posts is based on my own opinions and observations. Tropical storms and hurricanes can be extremely dangerous. Do not think you can beat Mother Nature. It looks like Rick will get many ACE units especially if it becomes a mayor cane but on the other hand it has little time to add a lot.
