SSD T numbers rise to 1.5 following circulation SSE of PR

The T numbers rise to 1.5 and they are looking at the MLC SSE of San Juan and south of Vieques.

T 1.5 means what? and MLC means what?

No question is stupid msbee but on the contrary they are helpful to the members who may not know certain things.1.5 means sattellite estimate winds of 25 kts.MLC means Mid-Level-Circulation.Here is a chart that shows all the numbers of the sat estimates.

This could possibly develop into a named storm. It definitely must be watched closely.
