The director of the San Juan NWS office Israel Matos said this morning at a press conference that preliminary data suggests that this rain event that Puerto Rico has and continue to experience and until this rain event goes away completly the offcial rainfall amounts wont be complete but what PR already has recieved in terms of rainfall it is more than what hurricanes Hugo and Georges brought to this island.
As I said in another thread this was a tropical storm rainfall event but without the winds.
When will a real true dry trend comes to the paradise of the caribbean where the tourists can go to the beaches to take the tropical sun again?
