Cutoff Low/Possible Subtropical Cyclone in the Central Atlantic

That one cutoff low is finally starting to get some decent convection to it. It even currently has a spiral band feature.

I’m surprised the NHC has not noted this system yet. It seems decent.

The window is closing for it to be subtropical as shear increases.
