Another tracking map to use

#1 Postby hurricanetrack » Thu Dec 04, 2003 4:05 pm

Hello all. We have yet another tropical storm to track, so I thought I would plug my site's JAVA tracker. Check it out- it let's you zoom in and some of the place name dots as well as the forecast and position dots are all interactive. Not just your average GIF image tracking map.

Enjoy the extended season. Who knows, maybe now we need hurricane season to run from April 1 to December 15. If this trend continued, why not?

That is a good site. Good info, too, and it's surprising to see my home town there, not the normal Atlantic City. Also, lol at the extended season. We have had 4 out of season storms since 1995, the start of the busy times. They were Nicole, Olga, Ana, and odette, FYI. You never know what will happen in the future. I have a feeling there will be more out of season storms in the years to come.
