Still a tropical storm and maybe not a hurricane in the future as it is moving north into cooler waters.

:D Wouldn't that have been something... if it did get to be a Hurricane, even for a little while!!! :D

Avila did mention that Peter might have been actually a Hurricane briefly in the latest advisory!
