Whatever is developing looks very slow to develop at this point. But definitely a feature to watch with time.

Nah, nothing tropical going on there. Just a swirl of low-level cumumus on visible beneath a large upper low and along a cold front. SSTs are too cool that far north. No "A" storm this week.

Agree. This time a year though I use these pre blobs to get my tropical blood flowing.. lol
