The Tropics Are Setting Up For A Very Intresting Season.
We Should Have Many Storms To Track This Year.
My Prediction 15/9/4 I Feel It Will Start Early And End Late.
Remember The Year Andrew Was The First Storm Aug 20th?

Actually, 1992 was an El Niño season ... and also, technically, Andrew was NOT the first storm ... the subtropical storm that developed in April 1992 was ...
