This is a change from them from previous updates when they forecasted at least a weak el nino event by the fall.Now they are with neutral all the way thru the end of 2004 meaning that el nino wont sneak in during hurricane season.The kelvin wave that caused a burst of warm waters in the west pacific a few weeks back has weakened as it moved into the eastern pacific and because of that no big warming took place.Any comments about this are welcomed.

Yep Aquawind that is what I posted yesterday and confirms what I posted today in that update.Now with this factor neutral we have to look at the other ones to see how the atlantic seasonl pans out.

Sorry I missed that graphic yesterday.. Stormsfury and USAwx1 went on such a wild ENSO analog graphic posting spree on that thread I musta missed it.
That was some good discussion..I found myself at CPC reading up on ENSO..Those guys are posting machines..Weather Terminators..Hopefully they keep to Terminator form and keep coming back.
The other factors are making this season look like a hot griddle just waiting for a few water drops to fall on it...
