It most likely will fade into histroy once it hits the Atlatnic. But wild things have been happening the last couple of years. So you never know 8-)

It ain't gonna make it.

I hate when this happens...you know: nice big juicy wave exits Africa then sputters on its way across the Atlantic because of hostile conditions.

I agree that it wont survive, the windshear in that region is growing strong and anywhere it goes it will either meet land or more shear.

Well to early anyway for any wave there to organize but wait until late july,august and september things will be busy over there.

The wave is coming of the coast into an area where SSTs are between 24 and 28C (75-82F) this is borderline for tropical development.

CLIMO doesnt give this much of a chance right now, but wait until the CV season and we will be seeing plenty more of these which WILL have potential.
