Why dont they give a time frame. And they dont even include development. I would of thought they would of droped this by now. I say today was its last chance and it blew it so no storm. But the NHC thinks it still has a chance.

You are right about one thing. This thing is over. NHC has been very messed up lately, not letting us get in sometimes, so maybe their computers are messed up, too.
