That is the outflow that the upper winds has in that wave but there is a jet stream further west that if the wave encounters it it will be teared apart but for now it looks interesting to say the least.

Yes last week the GFS had a wave with a weak low pressure moving from West Africa to the Lesser Antilles but in recent days it dropped it.This is that wave the GFS was showing and the only global model that showed it.
