This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

It would be very interesting to see it go past Jamica and up the Eastern Seaboard. That would be quite a sight. Though the chances are slim for it even surviving, I think it's still worth it to watch it's path.

Agree and it looks pretty(vigorous) healthy right now--NHC says condition appear unfavorable currently but this could change as it moves further west.

A VIGOROUS TROPICAL WAVE LOCATED ABOUT 350 MILES EAST-SOUTHEAST OF
THE WINDWARD ISLANDS IS PRODUCING SCATTERED SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS. THE SYSTEM IS MOVING WEST-NORTHWESTWARD AT 15 TO 20
MPH...AND WILL MOVE ACROSS THE SOUTHERN LESSER ANTILLES TONIGHT AND
WEDNESDAY PRODUCING BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL AND GUSTY WINDS.
UPPER-LEVEL WINDS CURRENTLY APPEAR UNFAVORABLE FOR DEVELOPMENT.
