7:00am CDT STORM2K Tropical Update, June 27, 2004

Today's 7:00am Atlantic Basin tropical update is located at:

http://www.storm2k.org/weather/s2kforecast.html

The tropics continue very quiet. No tropical cyclones in the Atlantic Basin this year during June appears to be a certainty.

As always comments are welcomed.

If current progs are correct, and we have no reason to believe otherwise, with the MJO sliding East towards the Atlantic, we should see an increase in activity within the next 3-4 weeks.
