The 8:05 discussion says it has a MLC but no surface low at this time.

Well.. lets wait and see if it drops to the surface.. then things may get crankin out there

The Quickscat is for surface winds. Cycloneye. If it is not then the nhc should not ever hold it as a tool for finding surface low/LLCC. As best as I can tell it might be at mid levels. But also slowly developing a low level cirulation. :roll:
