The Atlantic Basin benefiting from the mjo factor is more active now.Will wave off africa develop? Read update at link below and any comments are welcomed.

Saying something at this point I will consider it to be "guessing", but surely now the Atlantic looks to be coming back from a long dream and surprises can happen. Let see what happen!
