This storm dumped over 12.5 inches at Tabernacle, NJ

This may actually be the system the models were showing to go around the top of the atlantic ridge then down into the subtropical atlantic again..... interesting

That rain has caused ALOT of problems in that area. There are alot of main roads closed and or damaged. Traffic is normally a nightmare to begin with up there.

Yes, some of the mets of here were saying that this was like a tropical storm, producing so much rain up here. Especially in Central NJ, where they got over a foot of rain!

registering 29.72.

Another bouy to the ne of this one is registering at 29.68, pressure dropped fast buy leveled off. that's bouy 44017
